Tracey has been a valued member of the Certified Roofing team since 2012.

As Projects & Administration Support, Tracey has an important and varied role supporting all Divisions with their administration needs as well as working closely with the Director, Project Manager and Administration & Accounts Manager.

Tracey prides herself in assisting our clients with a high degree of professionalism and always goes out of her way to deliver excellent customer service from the initial enquiry right through to the completion of the job.

In addition to her everyday duties, Tracey is also the Administration Co-Ordinator for the Bentham Foundation, Mick’s charity.  Her kind heart and generosity along with her extensive administration experience make her an integral part of the Certified family.
